How to make it

  • Cook the bacon crispy (so it will crumble well) – use a large skillet for this, you will mix the sauce in this pan
  • Cook the spaghetti al denti - use bacon grease in place of oil to prevent boil-over
  • Poor off all but 2-3 table spoons of bacon grease
  • Add the Alfrado Sauce, drained peas, crumbled bacon and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and heat through
  • Poor drained spaghetti to sauce and mix well
  • Serve with Parmesan cheese on the side
