How to make it

  • Combine oil, soy sauce, cilantro, garlic, mustard, cumin, salt, pepper to taste and lime juice.
  • Add steak then marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • For vinaigrette whisk olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, parsley, salt, shallot and pepper then set aside.
  • Remove steak from marinade then grill or broil 4” from heat source until 5 minutes per side.
  • Let rest 5 minutes then slice thinly on the diagonal.
  • Whisk dressing then add greens, tomato and cucumber and toss to coat.
  • Add sliced steak then toss and serve.
