Steak Sandwich With Creamy Horseradish

- 1 pound flank steak shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons horseradish shopping list
- 4 hard rolls split shopping list
- 4 slices beefsteak tomato shopping list
- 4 lettuce leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler then sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
- Place under broiler 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired degree of doneness.
- Let stand 5 minutes then cut across on the diagonal into very thin strips.
- Meanwhile combine mayonnaise, yogurt and horseradish in a bowl then toss steak in dressing.
- Make each sandwich with 1/4 of the meat, a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf.
- Spoon any extra dressing on top half of roll before closing sandwich.
