How to make it

  • Preheat broiler then sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
  • Place under broiler 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired degree of doneness.
  • Let stand 5 minutes then cut across on the diagonal into very thin strips.
  • Meanwhile combine mayonnaise, yogurt and horseradish in a bowl then toss steak in dressing.
  • Make each sandwich with 1/4 of the meat, a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf.
  • Spoon any extra dressing on top half of roll before closing sandwich.
