- 1/2 c vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 c chili sauce shopping list
- 1/2 c catsup shopping list
- 1/3 c fresh squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 c worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tb gravy Master shopping list
- -or Kitchen Bouquet shopping list
- 1 t soy sauce shopping list
- 1 t Tabasco sauce (or more) shopping list
- 2 tb Minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tb dark brown sugar - packed shopping list
- 1 Lemon cut in wedges shopping list
- 2 lb Lge shrimp (20 - 25 count) shopping list
- Shelled and deveined shopping list
- bamboo skewers - soaked 30 shopping list
- Minutes in water to cover shopping list
How to make it
- In a zip-lock plastic bag pour marinade over; close bag and
- refrigerate for 24 hours, turning several times; remove shrimp from
- marinade and drain; thread on skewers with lemon wedges; broil/grill
- 4 to 5 inches from heat source for 3 to 5 minutes, turning and
- basting frequently, until shrimp are done; DO NOT OVERCOOK! serve
- immediately with any remaining marinade. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
