My Moms Potato Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. butter softened

1 cup sugar

3-1/4 cups flour

1 tsp. vanilla

1-1/.2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, then slowly blend in flour and potato chips.

Drop dough by well rounded teaspoons onto and UNGREASED cookie sheet, flatten slightly with a fork

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until just barely browned.

Cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
