~Groundhog~
I wanted an early spring!

Ingredients
- 1 Groundhog
- Bacon Slices
- Salt
- Sweet Potatoes
Directions
- Catch the groundhog.
- Dress it and soak in salted water for 12 hours,depending on size and age of said groundhog.
- Pour off water and parboil in salted water for 3/4 of an hour.
- Prepare the dressing and stuff groundhog.
- Sew up cavity and place in baking pan with just a little water.
- Place in oven for 20 minutes.
- Pour off liquid and reserve it for later use.
- Lay partially boiled sweet potatoes around groundhog.
- Place bacon strips across groundhog and potatoes.
- Pour reserved liquid over all and let bake for 1 hour,basting frequently.
- ~Note~ I am just kidding Punxsutawney Phil!
