Faiths Party Sub Sandwich

- 1/2 C. olive oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp. seasoned vinegar (I used basil & oregano) shopping list
- 2 tsp. minced garlic from jar shopping list
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley shopping list
- 2 tsp. dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup olives chopped shopping list
- 1 large loaf French bread shopping list
- 3/4 lb. smoked turkey from deli shopping list
- 1/2 lb. deli roast beef shopping list
- 1/3 lb. smoked provolone shopping list
- shredded lettuce shopping list
- 1 large tomato sliced thin shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 7 ingredients in small bowl, set aside
- Cut off top of bread about 2/3 up
- Scoop out bread from bottom piece leaving a 1/2" wall
- Spread the bottom with 3/4 of the olive mixture
- Layer with meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add remaining olive mixture to top and replace with top piece of bread
- Wrap tightly in saran wrap, squish sandwich down as you roll it.
- Refrigerate over night. Slice into small sections and arrange on platter, serve.

Yum! I added this to some groups for ya. We like the sweet Italian bread from Kroger. If you ever get a chance to try it - it's really good! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
