Delicious and quick sweet that's easily enjoyed by almost anybody!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter/substitute
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup nuts (usually walnuts, pecans are also good)
  • Shredded coconut

Directions
  1. Cook sugar, butter, dates, egg and vanilla on low heat for 10 minutes, constantly stirring.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Mix in cereal and nuts
  4. Form balls from final mixture
  5. Roll in shredded coconut
  6. Refrigerate for ~30 minutes
