Fennel Salad

- 12 radishes trimmed shopping list
- 3 bulbs fennel trimmed shopping list
- 2 medium carrots peeled shopping list
- 1 granny smith apple cored shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Make 4 vertical cuts crossing in the center in each radish.
- Soak in iced water 3 hours or until petals open then drain.
- Cut fennel bulbs lengthwise in half and cut out the hard core then slice very fine.
- Cut the carrots into matchsticks then dice the apple.
- Mix lemon juice into the vegetables and toss with the mayonnaise.
- Pile into a salad bowl and garnish with the radishes.
