Spanish Rice

- 3/4 cups long grain rice shopping list
- 1 (14 oz.)can diced tomatos with chilis shopping list
- 2 chicken boullion cubes shopping list
- 2 tomato boullion cubes shopping list
- 1/2 med. onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,chopped fine shopping list
- 4 cups water or chicken stock shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil or veg. oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground corriander shopping list
How to make it
- In a Medium sauce pan add your oil,onion, garlic,and rice, stirring constantly until onin is translucent over medium high heat.
- Add all other ingredients to pan and cover.
- Wait until it starts to boil ,then turn heat to low cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes to absorb any liquid left and serve.
