Spaghetti Primavera

- 1 box whole whet spaghetti shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 cups zucchini, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup red pepper, cut into julienne strips shopping list
- 1 cup green pepper, cut into julienne strips shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided shopping list
- 1 tsp. basil shopping list
- 1 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil and saute' zucchini, red and green peppers, and garlic until vegetables are just tender
- Stir in cream, then 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and seasonings until evenly blended.
- Heat through until slightly thickened, being careful not to boil.
- Toss hot cooked spaghetti with sauteed vegetable mixture.
- Serve with remaining parmesan cheese.
- Serves 6 to 8..............
