creamy chocolate dessert

you'll be wanting to have reserved some more for yourself :-)
Ingredients
- 75 g bitter chocolate (zartbitter) shopping list
- 75 g milk chocolate (vollmilchschokolade) shopping list
- 200 ml heavy cream (whipping cream) shopping list
- 3 eggwhites (size large) shopping list
- for decoration you might want some mint leaves, choppede chocolate or some chocolate leaves in white and dark chocolate - whatever, use your imagination :-) shopping list
How to make it
- melt chocolate in double boiler
- let cool a bit
- beat eggwhite until stiff
- beat cream not quite stiff (semi-stiff?)
- carefully fold eggwhites into chocolate
- fold in whipped cream
- spoon into desired glasses
- leave in fridge for at least three hours
- remove, decorate, enjoy
