Ingredients

How to make it

  • melt chocolate in double boiler
  • let cool a bit
  • beat eggwhite until stiff
  • beat cream not quite stiff (semi-stiff?)
  • carefully fold eggwhites into chocolate
  • fold in whipped cream
  • spoon into desired glasses
  • leave in fridge for at least three hours
  • remove, decorate, enjoy
