Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine soup, pepper, paprika, onion powder and milk as needed (if sauce is too thick for your liking).
  • In a greased 2-quart baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows.
  • Distribute pork over potatoes as evenly as possible.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; spoon soup mixture over cheese. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and nicely browned.

BTW, I season the pork cubes with pepper, smoked sea salt, and some liquid smoke (hickory) when I brown them (in a little EVOO).
