How to make it

  • Heat oven to 250° F.
  • Cover Baking sheet with foil & place cooling rack on the sheet.
  • Core,slice,deseed & wipe the shell with paper towels to blot excess moisture.
  • Arrange cut side up on the rack & bake for 3 -4 hours depending on the tomatoes.
  • Tomatoes are done when dry , but not brittle. Store in Ziplog bags in the freezer.
  • Use in Your favorite Recipes .
