Asparagus Appetizer

- 8 oz cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 lemon (zest and juice) shopping list
- 20 asparagus spears shopping list
- fresh cracked pepper shopping list
- 1 package Club crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Grill asparagus. (lightly coat w/ garlic olive oil and grill)
- Zest the whole lemon and juice half of it.
- Combine cream cheese and lemon juice and zest. Then spread on crackers
- Slice asparagus in half and place on top of crackers.
- Crack fresh black pepper on top and serve!
- (Side note: You can use canned asparagus to save money and time. You can also throw on some baby shrimp for a splash of color and taste.)
