Zesty, fun, easy, and pretty! Semi tested but I've had fun with this.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 Lemon (zest and juice)
  • 20 Asparagus spears
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 package Club crackers

Directions
  1. Grill asparagus. (lightly coat w/ garlic olive oil and grill)
  2. Zest the whole lemon and juice half of it.
  3. Combine cream cheese and lemon juice and zest. Then spread on crackers
  4. Slice asparagus in half and place on top of crackers.
  5. Crack fresh black pepper on top and serve!
  6. (Side note: You can use canned asparagus to save money and time. You can also throw on some baby shrimp for a splash of color and taste.)
