How to make it

  • Grill asparagus. (lightly coat w/ garlic olive oil and grill)
  • Zest the whole lemon and juice half of it.
  • Combine cream cheese and lemon juice and zest. Then spread on crackers
  • Slice asparagus in half and place on top of crackers.
  • Crack fresh black pepper on top and serve!
  • (Side note: You can use canned asparagus to save money and time. You can also throw on some baby shrimp for a splash of color and taste.)
