Peaches In Chianti

- 4 - 6 large ripe freestone peaches shopping list
- 2 Tbs (30 ml) fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tbs (30 ml) sugar shopping list
- 1 cup (250 ml) Chianti or other full-bodied red wine shopping list
- Biscotti or cookies for garnish (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Prep time does not include chill time
- Cut the peaches into wedges.
- Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel or glass bowl and refrigerate covered for 8 to 24 hours.
- Serve peaches in wine glasses with a little of the wine mixture spooned over them.
- Serve with biscotti if desired.
