- 1/2 c soy, rice or nut milk. I am so pro-choice with food shopping list
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp flavor (hummm vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardammon) shopping list
- 6-8 whole wheat bread slices shopping list
How to make it
- After blending, as discribed in the ingredients section, Dump it all into a shallow bowl. Dip both sides of bread slices, till dampish. Fry in a med to med high non-stick skillet sparyed with a little veg oil. About 3-4 minutes each side. Till toasty (ya know).
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
