Ingredients

2 cups pineapple chunks drained and chopped

2 yellow or red bell peppers seeded and chopped

3 kiwifruit peeled and chopped

1 small red onion finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine pineapple chunks, bell peppers, kiwifruit, onion, cilantro, lime juice and cayenne.

Toss thoroughly and serve with fish or chicken.
