  Caribbean Kiwi Salsa
  Recipe made for IMI2's May 2019 'Tropical' recipe challenge.
  
  My review: This is really good. Best served fresh or at the least add the kiwi just before serving. It was ideal with grilled Mahi and a nice change from the usual. If you don't like cilantro just leave it out. I didn't want to overpower the fruits and used only about 1/8 cup of cilantro (to taste).
