Grilled Cheese Fried Egg Sandwich Recipe

Twist to the typical fried egg sandwich. Favorite in my house.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • cooking spray
  • 2 slices bread
  • butter
  • 1 slice american cheese
  • spices- I use garlic powder,pepper,mrs.dash extra spicy and a dash of salt

Directions
  1. In a lightly coated fry pan fry up the egg and sprinkle spices on egg while cooking it. Set aside when done.
  2. In same pan butter one side of each piece of bread and place 1 piece of bread in pan like you would with grilled cheese, place your egg and cheese then piece of bread butter side up. Grill both sides.
  3. Serve. Double recipe to make more.
