Grilled Cheese Fried Egg Sandwich Recipe

How to make it

  • In a lightly coated fry pan fry up the egg and sprinkle spices on egg while cooking it. Set aside when done.
  • In same pan butter one side of each piece of bread and place 1 piece of bread in pan like you would with grilled cheese, place your egg and cheese then piece of bread butter side up. Grill both sides.
  • Serve. Double recipe to make more.
