Emerils Egg Fu Yung Sauce

- 1 cup broth,( I used 1/2 a Knorr cube but canned or fresh will do too) shopping list
- 2 Tbls. soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tsp. corn starch shopping list
- 2 Tbls. water shopping list
- 2 Tsp. toasted sesame oil shopping list
- Pinch cayenne shopping list
How to make it
- Bring broth and soy sauce to boil in a small saucepan.Reduce to simmer.Combine corn starch and water toether in a small bowl.Stir to mix well.
- Slowly add to hot broth.Stir until thickened.Add sesame oil and cayenne.Stir.
- Remove from heat and cover until ready to use.
