Emerils Egg Fu Yung Sauce Recipe
I used this recipe when I made Egg Fu Yung.It is very tasty and fast to make,would be good on rice too.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup broth,( I used 1/2 a Knorr cube but canned or fresh will do too)
  • 2 Tbls. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tsp. Corn starch
  • 2 Tbls. water
  • 2 Tsp. toasted Sesame oil
  • Pinch cayenne

Directions
  1. Bring broth and soy sauce to boil in a small saucepan.Reduce to simmer.Combine corn starch and water toether in a small bowl.Stir to mix well.
  2. Slowly add to hot broth.Stir until thickened.Add sesame oil and cayenne.Stir.
  3. Remove from heat and cover until ready to use.
