Ingredients
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 50 gms vanilla custard powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100 gms sugar
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 50 gms cashew nuts
  • 25 gms raisins
  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan
  2. Roast cashews n raisins
  3. now add grated carrots n stir fry
  4. Also add 2 tsp sugar n stir it till the carrot is half cooked
  5. Boil milk in a wide
  6. Mix custard powder in cold water r milk n keep it aside(custard powder does not dissolve in hot water r milk)
  7. When the milk starts 2 boil, reduce the flame n add the custard powder paste
  8. Add 100 gms of sugar(add extra if required)
  9. Add condensed milk, vanilla essence n keep cooking in low flame till it becomes thick.
  10. Now add the roasted nuts n carrot
