Very simple rice in a slow cooker. Found this here: http://southernfood.about.com/od/ricesidedishcasseroles/r/bl39c4.htm and wanted to save and share it :D

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw rice, converted (such as Uncle Ben's Converted Rice)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
