How to make it

  • Remove stem ends from tomatoes and finely chop.
  • Combine tomatoes, jalapeno, lime zest, salt, pepper, tequila, lime juice and liqueur until blended.
  • Chill then spoon an equal amount of tomato salsa into 6 margarita or wine glasses.
  • Surround with chilled shrimp dividing evenly then serve.
