- CREAM OF _______SOUP YOU CAN USE THIS SOUP RECIPE AS A BASE FOR ANY vegetABLE THAT YOU MIGHT LIKE- (i.e., squash, carrots, mushroom, leek) shopping list
- 1/2 bell pepper shopping list
- 2 carrots shopping list
- 1/2 onion shopping list
- 4 STALKS OF celery shopping list
- 2 OR 3 MEDIUM potatoes PEELED shopping list
- 2 CUPS OF WHATEVER vegetABLE YOU LIKE shopping list
- 1/2 C CREAM shopping list
- 2 TBS butter shopping list
- 4 CUPS chicken broth shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- ROUGH CHOP ALL OF THE VEGGIES- NOTHING HAS TO BUT CUT SMALL- LITERALLY JUST THROW IT IN THERE-
- MEDIUM DICE THE POTATOES ADD VEGGIES & BUTTER INTO POT-
- SAUTEE FOR JUST A FEW MINUTES TILL THE ONIONS LOOK TRANSLUCENT- OR SOFT
- ADD POTATOES AND YOUR MAIN VEGETABLE
- ADD CHICKEN BROTH ENOUGH THAT IT COVERS ALL THE VEGGIES
- COVER FOR 30 MIN ON A MEDIUM HEAT-
- ONCE ALL VEGGIES ARE SOFT- POUR THIS INTO A BLENDER-
- NOT ALL OF THE BROTH, MIGHT BE TOO MUCH, ADD THAT SLOWLY AS YOU GO TO GET THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY THAT YOU LIKE-
- ADD CREAM- AND EVEN A TOUCH MORE BUTTER- LIKE A TSP-
- AND BLEND TILL IT'S ALL MIXED.
- THERE'S YOUR CREAM OF _____ SOUP.
- IT'S REALLY GOOD WITH BUTTERNUT SQUASH
- SO THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO GET A LOT OF VEGGIES IN AT ONCE AND IT TASTES GOOD- I PROMISE
