  • ADD CHICKEN BROTH ENOUGH THAT IT COVERS ALL THE VEGGIES
  • COVER FOR 30 MIN ON A MEDIUM HEAT-
  • ONCE ALL VEGGIES ARE SOFT- POUR THIS INTO A BLENDER-
  • NOT ALL OF THE BROTH, MIGHT BE TOO MUCH, ADD THAT SLOWLY AS YOU GO TO GET THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY THAT YOU LIKE-
  • ADD CREAM- AND EVEN A TOUCH MORE BUTTER- LIKE A TSP-
  • AND BLEND TILL IT'S ALL MIXED.
  • THERE'S YOUR CREAM OF _____ SOUP.
  • IT'S REALLY GOOD WITH BUTTERNUT SQUASH
  • SO THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO GET A LOT OF VEGGIES IN AT ONCE AND IT TASTES GOOD- I PROMISE
