Spinach Parmesan Chicen Recipe

How to make it

  • Sauté garlic pieces in skillet sprayed with cooking spray until soft.
  • Cook spinach according to package directions then drain well and allow to cool.
  • Combine spinach, egg , sautéed garlic and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese then set aside.
  • Combine bread crumbs and remaining parmesan in shallow dish then set aside.
  • Salt and pepper chicken then brush with butter spray and roll each breast in bread crumbs. Cover completely then place in greased baking dish.
  • Divide spinach mixture between breasts spreading to cover entire top.
  • Sprinkle with remaining bread crumb mixture and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes.
