How to make it

  • Mix glaze and distribute into the bottom of the muffin tin.
  • Combine all dry ingredients set aside.
  • Mix together brown sugar,corn syrup, molasses,oil egg.
  • Puree raisins,orange zest and water in food processor, or blender.
  • Stir all together the dry,wet and blended.
  • Fill each muffin 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes. or until wood pick comes out clean. Immediately invert muffins onto foil or wax paper to cool. Makes approx. 14 muffins
