Fruits Vegetables And Macarooni Salad With Creamy Sauce Recipe

	Ambus / All my dishes 9 months ago How about a salad ?It's creamy ... it's tasty ... it's fulfilling.This can be served as a complete dish on its own. You can use your favorite fruits/vegetables.I made this on my birthday...my family loved it a lot. Prep:20m Cook:15m Servings:8	Ambus
	cabbage carrots peas potatoes apple macarooni noodles pineapple almonds cream mayonnaise milk salad

Ingredients

1 cup green/red cabbage (shredded)

1 cup carrots (grated)

1 cup grean peas (boiled)

1 cup potatoes (boiled,peeled & diced)

1 apple (peeled & diced,about 1 cup)

1 cup elbow macaroni (cooked)

1 cup noodles (cooked)

3-4 pineapple rings (chopped)

10-15 almonds (blanched,peeled & halved)

1 cup thick cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup milk

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

3-4 tbsp icing sugar

Lettuce leaves,crisp

Directions

Mix cream,mayonnaise,milk and icing sugar in a medium bowl.

Season with salt and pepper,cover and set aside.

Combine all fruits,vegetables and macaroni together in a large bowl.

Pour the creamy sauce over the salad and toss well to coat.

Break the lettuce up into large leaves and use to line a salad bowl.

Spoon the salad on the top of the leaves.

Top with almonds.Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour or until well chilled.
