Herbed Cheese Tenderloin

- 4 beef tenderloin steaks 1” thick shopping list
- 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese shopping list
- 4 teaspoons blue cheese crumbled shopping list
- 4 teaspoons plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons minced onions shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 large garlic clove halved shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt divided shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper then reserve.
- Rub each side of beef steaks with garlic.
- Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3” from heat.
- Broil 6 minutes then season with salt and turn then broil 4 minutes longer.
- Season with remaining salt then top each steak with an equal amount of reserved cheese mixture.
- Broil 2 minutes longer then garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
