How to make it

  • Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper then reserve.
  • Rub each side of beef steaks with garlic.
  • Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3” from heat.
  • Broil 6 minutes then season with salt and turn then broil 4 minutes longer.
  • Season with remaining salt then top each steak with an equal amount of reserved cheese mixture.
  • Broil 2 minutes longer then garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
