- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 garlic clove chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives minced shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan shopping list
- 2 slices sourdough bread shopping list
- 2 slices monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 2 slices crispy bacon shopping list
- Sliced red onion shopping list
- 2 slices tomato shopping list
- 5 ounces sliced smoked turkey breast shopping list
How to make it
- Combine mayonnaise, garlic and chives then set aside.
- Oil hot flat griddle with olive oil.
- Spread Parmesan cheese over two spots on griddle.
- Lay one slice sourdough over each spot and spread each side evenly with garlic mayonnaise.
- Place one slice cheese atop each sourdough slice then one slice bacon, sliced onion and tomato.
- Meanwhile cook turkey slices on grill until golden brown all sides then add to sandwich.
- Continue cooking sandwich until parmesan is golden brown then serve hot.
