How to make it

  • Put eggs and canola oil into mixing bowl and beat slightly with mixer.
  • Add fruit cocktail with its juice and the brown sugar then mix slightly.
  • Add cake mix, pudding, coconut and nuts them mix until smooth about 4 minutes.
  • Pour into rectangular greased and floured baking pan then bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
  • Put margarine, sugar and milk in saucepan then bring to a boil until it thickens.
  • Add coconut and pecans and when cake is cool pour frosting over top and spread.
