How to make it

  • place all ingredients in a blender and puree till very smooth
  • chill for at least an hour for flavors to meld
  • serve in bowls with dill garnish on top

    He's gott it, this is very similar to the one I make.You can really taste the cucumbers . Who wants to cook in the summer. Cucumbers don't need to be cooked .
