Hawaiian Carrots

- 1-3/4 cup carrots peeled and diagonally sliced shopping list
- 8 ounce can pineapple tidbits with juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Cover carrots with water and bring to a boil.
- Cover then reduce heat and simmer 12 minutes then drain well.
- Mix pineapple, cornstarch and ginger then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add carrots and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated stirring occasionally
