How to make it

  • Blend first 5 ingredients in processor until creamy.
  • Add remaining ingredients and adjust seasoning
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serves with veggies or pita bread, plain or toasted.
  • VARIATION: we also like to add different tastes into the hummus such as roasted garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped black olive or chopped roasted red peppers. Also, you can use peanut butter instead of tahini.
