CRAB TOSTADAS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Lambert Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 2001.

Ingredients
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray
  • 6 ounces canned lump crabmeat drained and rinsed
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapenos finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions
  1. Arrange tortillas in a single layer on baking sheets then coat with cooking spray.
  2. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine crabmeat and remaining ingredients then spread 1/4 cup evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Bake at 375 for 5 minute then cut into wedges with a pizza cutter and serve.
