Colorful cheesecake bites. Delicious.
Sometimes I top with a dollup of different jams.

Ingredients
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2c reduced-fat sour cream
- sugar substitute to equal 2Tbs sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
- 2 pkgs(2.1oz ea.) frozen miniature phyllo shells,thawed
- 1 can(11 oz) mandarin oranges slices,drained
- 1 kiwifruit,peeled,sliced and cut in quarters
Directions
- In a bowl,whisk together the cream cheese,sour cream,sugar substitute and vanilla till smooth. Pipe or spoon into phyllo shells. Top each with orange segment and kiwi piece. Refrigerate till serving.
- Sometimes I top with a dollup of different flavored jams.
