- 6 oz regular fettuccine shopping list
- 6 oz spinach fettuccine shopping list
- 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 4 oz sliced white mushrooms shopping list
- Large jar of Alredo sauce (Ragu brand) shopping list
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil , drained & julienned shopping list
- ½ lb ham, cut into ½ inch strips shopping list
- ½ lb smoked turkey, cut into ½ inch strips shopping list
- ½ teaspoon salt shopping list
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- fresh herbs (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta following package directions.Drain well.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushroom; saute for 10 minutes.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, ham, turkey, salt, and pepper. Stir in ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese.
- Toss cooked pasta with sauce. Bake at 325 degrees about 20 minutes or until bubbly. If desired, sprinkle with additional cheese and garnish with herbs.
