How to make it

  • Split muffins in half
  • Lightly butter each one.
  • Spread on about 2 Tbs of marina or favorite pizza sauce
  • Top with a few Tbs of shredded cheese
  • Sprinkle with a bit of the seasoning
  • Bake 425F until muffins are crips and browned and cheese melted, about 15 mins or so

    There is no generic recipe for bouquet garni, but most recipes include parsley, thyme and bay leaf. Depending on the recipe, the bouquet garni may include basil, burnet, thyme, chervil, rosemary, peppercorns, savory and tarragon. Sometimes vegetables such as carrot, celery (leaves or stem), celeriac, leek, onion and parsley root are also included in the bouquet.
    These are found dried and bottled or may be used as a bundle of the fresh herbs, tied in a sachet.

    I just use the dried bottled ones. Add some extra flavor zing than the traditional pizza spices!
