How to make it

  • Melt butter over medium heat.
  • Snap asparagus into 1 inch pieces; mince the garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then sauté until tender. Take from the pan and reserve for later.
  • Whisk eggs together; season with salt and pepper. Pour into skillet and cook over medium heat until the edges of the egg mixture pick up easily from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Add garlic and asparagus mixture along with the cheeses on one half of the egg mixture, fold over and serve.
