How to make it

  • Combine half and half, milk, sugar, egg substitute, flavor extracts and xanthan gum in a blender.
  • Cover and puree 3 minutes then pour into freezer of your ice cream maker and stir in the nuts.
  • Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • Let stand 5 minutes at room temperature or until it can be sliced easily.
