How to make it

  • Combine first five ingredients in a bowl then stir in rice, apples, cheese and raisins.
  • Spoon into a lightly greased square baking dish.
  • Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and margarine then sprinkle over rice mixture.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
