How to make it

  • mix first 4 ingredients together press into pie plate and refrigerate
  • mix together the 18 ozs cream cheese,eggs 1 and 1/4 cup sugar and cocoa,3teasp rum and vanilla
  • together in mixer or with hand mixer
  • turn into crust and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes -test with knife into center ,if clean its done
  • cool
  • whip heavy cream,powdered sugar,rum in mixer till stiff
  • fold in sour cream
  • spread on top of pie and refrigerate overnight
  • refrigerate bowl,beaters and cream before beating into topping mixture
