chocalate rum cheesecake

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 10 inch pie plate shopping list
- 18 ozs cream cheese shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 and 1/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 3 teaspoons rum shopping list
- 21 taspoon vanilla shopping list
- topping: shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons rum or rum extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- mix first 4 ingredients together press into pie plate and refrigerate
- mix together the 18 ozs cream cheese,eggs 1 and 1/4 cup sugar and cocoa,3teasp rum and vanilla
- together in mixer or with hand mixer
- turn into crust and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes -test with knife into center ,if clean its done
- cool
- whip heavy cream,powdered sugar,rum in mixer till stiff
- fold in sour cream
- spread on top of pie and refrigerate overnight
- refrigerate bowl,beaters and cream before beating into topping mixture
