How to make it

  • peel & thin slice pots
  • peel & slice onion
  • peel & slice carrots, place into microwave dish, season, cover and zap in jukebox for 5 mins, strir around or shake zap for another 5 mins.
  • mix in crumbled stock cube and fill into buttered oven proof dish
  • dot top with butter
  • cover with foil and bake @ 400f for 45-50 mins
  • sliced bell peppers may be added on the top before baking, may be finished with cheese or is good with Chorizo sliced on top

    Hello again old friend. I like pots of veggies and broth, especially in the winter. A big batch like this tastes better each time it's reheated.
