Bacon Cheddar Snacks Recipe

Ingredients

1 can Real Bacon Bits (or 1/2 lb, 250g, of bacon cooked crisp and crumbled)

2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise

3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

48 Triscuit Crackers

Directions

Heat Broiler.

MIx all ingredients except Crackers until well blended.

Spread 1 Tsp. cheese mixture on each cracker.

Place on cookie sheet.

Broil about 2 mins, OR heat in covered BBQ over low heat for 2-3 mins until cheese melts OR microwave on Medium about 30 sec. or until cheese melts.

Garnish as desired.
