Beer Rolls Recipe
A quick dinner roll using beer in place of yeast.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 6 ounces of beer (any type)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions
  1. Heat oven @ 425 degrees
  2. Mix together bisquick, beer, sugar and salt until well blended.
  3. Spoon in to a greased muffin tin 3/4 full
  4. Bake 20 minutes
