Mustard poached salmon

- 4 oz salmon fillet shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared spicy mustard shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a small microwave proof covered dish place salmon fillet skin side down.
- Spread mustard over fillet evenly, sprinkle with black pepper
- Cover and microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds
- Serve and enjoy.
- IF you would like to doll up this dish for company, add some julienne leeks and carrot on top of fillet and poach in fish pan until done.
