How to make it

  • In a small microwave proof covered dish place salmon fillet skin side down.
  • Spread mustard over fillet evenly, sprinkle with black pepper
  • Cover and microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds
  • Serve and enjoy.
  • IF you would like to doll up this dish for company, add some julienne leeks and carrot on top of fillet and poach in fish pan until done.
