Pears Baked In Molasses Port Sauce

- 1 cup molasses shopping list
- 1 cup port wine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter melted shopping list
- 6 pears peeled and sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together first 3 ingredients.
- Arrange pears in rectangular pan then pour molasses over pears and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
- Baste with molasses every 10 minutes.
- Remove pear slices from pan reserving liquid then set aside.
- Bring reserved liquid to boil in saucepan.
- Reduce heat then simmer stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle over pear slices and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
