Lemon Dill Salmon

- 4 salmon steaks shopping list
- 4 carrots sliced shopping list
- 1 yellow squash sliced thinly shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried dill weed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450 then spray 4 sheets foil with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place each steak in middle of each sheet of foil.
- Place slice of carrot around the salmon then top salmon with squash slices.
- Combine remaining ingredients then spoon over top of salmon and vegetables.
- Bring up sides of foil and double fold to form a packet leaving space for heat circulation.
- Cook 20 minutes then serve immediately.
