Salmon Beef Steak Topped With Shrimp And Ham

                    - 4 salmon steaks shopping list
 - 1 onion sliced in rings shopping list
 - 1 bay leaf shopping list
 - 4 peppercorns shopping list
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
 - 1 pound top round steak shopping list
 - 4 tablespoons bread crumbs shopping list
 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley shopping list
 - 2 garlic cloves chopped shopping list
 - 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
 - 3 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
 - 1/4 cup shrimp cooked shopping list
 - 2 ham slices diced shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Place salmon in casserole dish then add onion rings, bay leaf, peppercorns and salt.
 - Cover with just enough water to cover fish then boil and simmer 5 minutes.
 - Drain and cool the salmon then cut beef into 4 serving pieces and pound to flatten.
 - Place in an ovenproof dish and lay salmon on top.
 - Combine crumbs, parsley, garlic and one half of the melted butter.
 - Season with lemon juice then cover steaks with crumb mixture and top with ham and shrimp.
 - Pour remaining butter on top then bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
