Crab Burgers

CRAB BURGERS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Woods Estate in Canton, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients
- 2 large hard cooked eggs shopping list
- 1 cup crab meat shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 green onion diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/8 cup spicy barbeque sauce shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon dried dill shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 4 ingredients together then combine remaining ingredients and add to crab mixture.
- Spread on hamburger bun halves and broil until bubbly or slightly browned then serve hot.
